Can I change my username?
No. Your username is permanent once created. You can update your email address and display name anytime under Account > Account Details.
I forgot my password.
Go to app.vjqj.com, click Forgot Password, and enter the email address you registered with. A reset link will be sent to your inbox. If it doesn’t arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder.
Is registration free?
Yes. Creating an account is free. You’ll need an active plan (Starter, Growth, or Pro) to create and publish pages. Plan details and pricing are available on the homepage.
I’m getting an “Invalid URL” error when adding a video link.
This means the URL isn’t a VjQj-issued hosting link. Purchase the Video Hosting & Embed Service from the Marketing Store first, then copy the exact playback link provided in your support ticket. Third-party or self-hosted URLs are not supported.
Can I upload videos?
Direct video upload is not currently supported. If you need video on your page, purchase the Video Hosting & Embed Service from the Marketing Store. You’ll receive a China-hosted playback link for WeChat, Baidu, and TikTok. YouTube, Vimeo, and other overseas video platforms are blocked inside China — only China-hosted links work.
Can I edit a page after publishing?
Yes. Go to My Pages, click into the page you want to update, make your changes, and submit again. AI translation and compliance review run automatically on every resubmission. Allow a few minutes for updates to propagate to the China servers.
The AI translation doesn’t sound right. How do I fix it?
If you’re confident in your Chinese, type directly in Chinese in the text field — the AI translation step is skipped and your original text is published as-is. For images, uncheck the image translation option to keep the original text in your visuals.
Can I enter content in my own language?
Yes. Enter your content in any language — English, French, German, Spanish, or anything else. VjQj’s AI auto-translates it into Chinese and runs a compliance check against China’s advertising regulations at the same time.
Which platforms do my pages appear on?
All of them, automatically. One submission deploys your page across WeChat, Baidu, TikTok (Douyin), Kwai (Kuaishou), and H5 (mobile web). Pages open as a native Mini App on WeChat, Baidu, TikTok, and Kwai, and as H5 on everything else. No per-platform setup required.
What’s the difference between a Brand Page and a Catalog Page?
A Brand Page is your company profile — think of it as your storefront landing page for Chinese buyers. A Catalog Page is an individual product or service listing. Every Catalog Page must be linked to a published Brand Page, so you always create the Brand Page first.
The QR code works on WeChat but not on other platforms (Baidu, TikTok, Kwai, H5).
VjQj has completed ICP registration for all supported platforms, so pages should load normally everywhere. Check for VPN interference, corporate firewall restrictions, or a Channel ID format error. The Channel ID should follow the three-part format: platform_type_id (e.g., wx_c_expo). If the issue persists, submit a support ticket with a screenshot and the full Channel ID.
My QR code doesn’t open in China.
First, make sure you’re scanning with the correct app. A WeChat QR code must be scanned inside the WeChat app. A Baidu code needs the Baidu app. A TikTok (Douyin) code needs the Douyin app. H5 QR codes work in any mobile browser. Also confirm the linked page is in Published status. If you’re using a VPN, turn it off and try again.
Can I use one QR code for multiple channels?
Technically yes, but we don’t recommend it. If you use the same QR code on your booth banner and your business card, you can’t tell which one drove the scan. Use different Channel IDs — for example, “booth” for the trade show and “card” for business cards — so you can compare channel performance.
Is there a limit on how many QR codes I can create?
No limit. Create as many as you need — different codes for your trade show booth, business cards, brochures, KOL partners, and ad campaigns. Each unique code is tracked separately in your dashboard.
My dashboard shows views but zero inquiries. Why?
Two possible reasons. First, visitors viewed your page but didn’t submit the inquiry form — they browsed but didn’t engage. Second, submitted inquiries may have been marked as rejected during the review process. Check the By Channel ID tab in your dashboard for any pending inquiries and review them. If you don’t review an inquiry within 14 days, the system auto-approves it as valid.
What does the verification button in the inquiry email do?
Each inquiry notification email includes a verification button. Clicking it confirms the inquiry is a legitimate business lead. This feeds into the Inquiry Quality score (approval rate) on your dashboard. Always click it for real buyer inquiries — it helps you track which channels bring genuine leads versus noise.
I’m not receiving buyer inquiry emails.
Check your spam folder first. Then verify the business email address in the Basic Info section of the relevant page — that’s where inquiry notifications are sent. Also check your email under Account > Account Details. Inquiries typically arrive within 5 minutes of submission.
What’s included in a CSV export?
Anonymized aggregate statistics only. No buyer personal information (email, phone, WeChat ID) is ever included. The export is useful for internal reporting, investor updates, or sharing with trade promotion partners.
What does the “Rollup” view do?
This option appears on Brand Page dashboards. When you select Rollup, data from all linked Catalog Pages is combined with the Brand Page data, giving you a single view of your company’s overall China performance. When set to Self Only, you see only the Brand Page’s own data.
How do I access the mobile dashboard?
Open any published Brand Page or Catalog Page on your smartphone. Tap the page title 5 times in a row. A simplified mobile dashboard appears, showing channel-specific stats. This is designed for KOL and channel partners — tell them to “tap the title 5 times to see their performance data.”
Can I change the dashboard language?
Yes. Use the dropdown in the top-right corner of the dashboard to switch between English, Chinese, and Korean. Your preference is saved for 30 days.
How do I access the dashboard?
Click the analytics entry point for any page in My Pages. The system generates a time-limited signed URL (valid for 30 minutes) and takes you directly to the dashboard. No need to bookmark or save any link.
What happens after I purchase a Marketing Store service?
A support ticket is automatically created when your order completes. The VjQj team uses that ticket to collect campaign details from you (target audience, messaging, assets). After the campaign runs, results and a report are delivered through the same ticket. Track progress under Support > My Tickets.
My payment isn’t going through.
There are two payment methods. For credit wallet payments, check your balance under Account > My Wallet and top up if needed. For direct credit card payments, verify your card is properly registered under Account > Payment Methods. If neither works, submit a support ticket.
Is the CSV export file secure?
Yes. CSV exports are accessible only through your authenticated dashboard session. They contain anonymized aggregate data only — no buyer-identifiable information. Unauthorized distribution of exported data may result in service restrictions.
Is my company data stored on Chinese servers?
Only the translated, published content (company description, product details, images) is stored on China Local Cloud servers with valid ICP registration. This is necessary for pages to load quickly inside China. Your account data (email, password, payment info) is stored on servers outside China. No personal data crosses borders.
Where is buyer inquiry data stored?
It isn’t. When a buyer submits an inquiry on your page, the form data is sent directly to your registered business email and then cleared from memory. VjQj does not store buyer personal information on any server.
Should I email or submit a ticket when I have a problem?
Use the ticket system — it’s faster. Go to Support > New Ticket. If you click the support button directly from the affected page, the page reference (e.g., “Catalog Page #798”) is auto-attached, which speeds up resolution. Include screenshots and steps to reproduce the issue whenever possible.
Can I get support in my language?
Support tickets can be submitted in English or Chinese. Email support is available at support@vjqj.com.
My ticket status changed to “Awaiting Information.” What do I do?
The support team needs additional details to resolve your issue. Open the ticket, provide what’s requested (screenshots, reproduction steps, etc.), and click confirm. The ticket automatically moves back to “In Progress.”
