The trend chart uses three tabs: Views, Inquiries, and Engagement. Switch between them to see different metrics over time.
The x-axis is the date. The y-axis is the metric value. If you have platform filtering set to “All,” you’ll see lines for each platform overlaid.
Look for spikes — they usually correspond to something you did, like distributing QR codes at an event or launching a KOL campaign. Cross-reference the spike date with your QR distribution timeline.
Gradual trends matter too. If WeChat views climb while Douyin stays flat, that tells you where your audience is.
