When your order completes, the system automatically generates a support ticket based on the service you purchased. This ticket is where the VjQj team communicates with you to gather campaign details and deliver the service.

The workflow: you purchase a service, the order completes, a ticket is created with the service name, the team contacts you in the ticket for campaign details (target audience, messaging, etc.), the campaign runs, and you get results and a report through the same ticket.

View your orders under My Account > My Orders. Check the linked ticket for status updates.
