Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the VjQj platform and related services (“Service”) operated by Tianjin Xuniu AI Studio (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), located in Tianjin, China. ICP Registration: 津ICP备2025038813号.

By creating an account or using the Service, you (“Member,” “you,” or “your”) agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

  1. What VjQj Does

VjQj is a self-service SaaS platform that helps businesses establish a digital presence in the China market. The Service includes: a member portal at app.vjqj.com for account management, page creation, and analytics access; AI-powered content localization from any language to Chinese; page deployment across Chinese platforms including WeChat, Baidu, Douyin, Kuaishou, and H5 mobile web; QR code generation with multi-channel tracking; buyer inquiry management with email delivery; analytics dashboards hosted at hub.vjqj.com; a support ticket system; and an optional Marketing Store for promotional services.

  1. Accounts

2.1 You must register with a valid email address and password. One account per person or entity. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure.

2.2 You must be at least 18 years old or have the authority to enter a binding agreement on behalf of your organization.

2.3 You must provide accurate information during registration. Your registered email is used for account notifications, password resets, and buyer inquiry delivery.

  1. Plans and Payment

3.1 Creating pages requires an active paid plan. Plans are billed annually in US dollars.

3.2 Payment can be made by credit card or through the platform’s credit wallet. Wallet balances do not expire.

3.3 Plan details (pages included, features, pricing) are published on the VjQj website and may change. Current pricing applies at the time of purchase or renewal.

3.4 If a plan is not renewed, published pages remain visible for a grace period, after which they may be taken offline.

3.5 Refund requests are evaluated case by case. Contact support@vjqj.com within 14 days of purchase.

  1. Your Content

4.1 “Content” means any text, images, videos, logos, product information, company profiles, trade terms, or other materials you upload or submit through the Service.

4.2 You own your Content. The Company does not claim ownership.

4.3 By using the Service, you grant the Company a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, translate, modify, distribute, and display your Content for the purpose of operating and promoting the Service. This includes deploying your Content to Chinese platforms, generating translated versions, applying compliance modifications, and featuring your Content in promotional materials.

4.4 This license extends to third-party platforms used in service delivery (mini program hosts, search engines, social media). The license remains in effect while your Content is published. After deletion, we will remove your Content from active distribution within a reasonable timeframe, though cached copies on third-party platforms are outside our control.

  1. Your Responsibilities

5.1 You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and compliance of all Content you submit. This includes product claims, pricing, certifications, images, and trade terms.

5.2 VjQj provides AI-powered compliance screening to help flag potential issues. This is an assistive tool, not a legal review. You remain fully responsible for ensuring your content complies with all applicable laws, including those of the People’s Republic of China and your own jurisdiction.

5.3 Content that violates applicable laws (including false advertising, trademark infringement, political content, or prohibited claims) may be removed without notice. Serious or repeated violations may result in account suspension or termination.

5.4 You may not use the Service for spam, fraudulent activity, or any purpose outside legitimate business promotion as defined by your plan.

  1. Marketing Store Services

6.1 The Marketing Store offers optional promotional services (KOC reviews, video hosting, content publishing). These are fulfilled by VjQj’s team and delivered through the support ticket system.

6.2 Marketing services cover content creation and publication. Post-publication performance (views, engagement, conversions) depends on external factors and is not guaranteed.

6.3 Marketing Store purchases are non-refundable once the service delivery process has begun (i.e., after you have submitted your requirements via the support ticket).

  1. Service Availability

7.1 We aim to maintain reliable, uninterrupted service but do not guarantee uptime. Service may be suspended due to maintenance, infrastructure issues, force majeure events, or actions by telecommunications providers or platform operators.

7.2 We may modify, update, or discontinue features of the Service for operational or quality reasons. We will provide reasonable notice for changes that materially affect your use.

  1. Limitation of Liability

8.1 The Service is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

8.2 The Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Service.

8.3 Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid to VjQj in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8.4 We are not liable for actions taken by Chinese platform operators (WeChat, Baidu, Douyin, etc.) that affect the availability or visibility of your pages.

  1. Termination

9.1 You may close your account at any time by contacting support@vjqj.com. Published pages will be taken offline. Account data will be handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

9.2 We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or activity that harms the platform or other Members. We will notify you by email with the reason.

9.3 Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends. Sections that by their nature should survive (including Content license, limitation of liability, and governing law) will remain in effect.

  1. Governing Law and Disputes

10.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China.

10.2 Disputes shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in Tianjin, China.

  1. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the platform. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree with updated Terms, stop using the Service and contact us to close your account.
