Integrated Intelligent Drilling System

"Arctic-2000" is a modular solution for oil and gas exploration under extreme Arctic conditions, comprising five key modules:
Intelligent Drilling Platform: Utilizes an 8-axis hydraulic steering system with positioning accuracy of ±0.1°, adaptable to borehole diameters of 152–445 mm, with a maximum drilling depth of 6,000 meters. Equipped with a dual redundant control system, supports remote operation (latency <200 ms), and features automated drill feed (speed control accuracy of ±0.5 m/h).
Cold-resistant Oil-Gas Separation Unit: Capacity of 500–2,000 m³/h, three-stage separation process, stable gas outlet pressure of 3.5–4.5 MPa, liquid impurity content below 92%, and reduced waste emissions.
Internet Data Center: Integrates vibration sensors (sampling frequency 1 kHz), torque strain gauges (range 0–50 kN·m), and an AI-based diagnostic module, enabling real-time data transmission via satellite to the Moscow Control Center with fault prediction accuracy exceeding 90%.
Emergency Rescue Module: Equipped with a diesel generator (500 kW output, providing continuous power supply for 72 hours) and a fire suppression system (effective radius of 30 meters), compliant with GOST 12.3.047-2016.
This system has been successfully deployed at the Vankor oil field and the Priyashskoye gas field in the Russian Arctic, increasing drilling efficiency by 35%, reducing per-well costs by 18%, and cutting carbon emissions by 22%. In 2024, the company signed a cooperation agreement (CPTDC) to implement the system at the Klamayi oil fields in Xinjiang and shale gas fields in Sichuan.
