The Korean traditional fermented beverage series is a functional drink developed based on Korea’s indigenous natural ingredients and traditional fermentation techniques. Key raw materials include Jeju Island-grown citrus and Gyeongsangbuk-do-grown schisandra, which undergo a low-temperature aging fermentation process for at least 30 days. The basic product consists of pure citrus fermentation liquid, characterized by its refreshing taste and aroma, making it highly popular among general consumers. The mid-tier product blends citrus and schisandra in a 7:3 ratio, achieving a balanced sweetness and acidity, with high antioxidant content preferred by health-conscious consumers. The premium product is a concentrated schisandra fermentation liquid (100%), aged for over six months, primarily marketed for special occasions or as a gift item.
All products have obtained functional food certification from the Korea Food and Drug Administration (KFDA) and are produced following the principles of no artificial coloring, no additives, and no preservatives. The packaging design integrates traditional Korean hanok patterns with modern aesthetics, aiming to promote the beauty of Korean culture globally.
