Si vous \u00eates sur une page sp\u00e9cifique, cliquez sur le bouton Support sur le c\u00f4t\u00e9 droit \u2014 le ticket se remplit automatiquement avec la r\u00e9f\u00e9rence de la page (comme \" Catalog #798 \").<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Incluez un titre clair, les \u00e9tapes que vous avez suivies avant l\u2019apparition du probl\u00e8me, et une capture d\u2019\u00e9cran si possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Statuts des tickets : Ouvert signifie soumis et en attente. En cours signifie que quelqu\u2019un travaille dessus. En attente d\u2019informations client signifie que l\u2019\u00e9quipe a besoin de quelque chose de votre part \u2014 ouvrez le ticket, fournissez ce qui est demand\u00e9, et cliquez sur Confirmer.
